A Legacy of Craftsmanship
Founded in 2011 by Lenny Santosuosso III, Apple Wood Construction is a culmination of a family legacy in the construction business. Lenny grew up in Saugus, MA, immersed in the world of construction alongside his father. After attending vocational high school to deepen his construction knowledge and earning a business degree in college, Lenny’s journey led him to establish Santosuosso & Sons Construction, LLC in 2003. The company later evolved into Apple Wood Construction, Inc in 2011.
Driven by a passion for transformation, Lenny’s vision for Apple Wood Construction goes beyond constructing buildings; it involves turning houses into homes that resonate with the unique stories of the families we serve.
