Our Process

Your initial phone call to Apple Wood Construction will be returned within 24 business hours to schedule a consultation appointment. We pride ourselves on prompt and honest service. During your initial meeting, we will discuss your home remodeling project and renovation ideas. We will take initial measurements and discuss any questions you may have. We can also go over ideas and concerns that you may not have thought of. We will then put together an estimate for your home remodeling project and set up a second appointment to go over it with you so we can address any questions or concerns that you may have. With final details agreed upon, a contract will be drawn up, a deposit will be required, and your remodeling project will be scheduled. Unlike many other contractors, we do unique payment schedules tailored to every home remodeling project. This way, you are paying for work as it is being done and only paying for it once it’s started. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity and attention to detail. As homeowners ourselves, we try our best to complete your home renovations with as little disruption to your home and lives as possible.

In-Home Consultation & Measurements

A professional in-home consultation will be conducted to assess your space and determine the feasibility of your ideas. During this visit, our craftsmen will take detailed measurements to evaluate what’s possible and begin the design process. A design fee of $500–$1,500 is required at this stage to proceed.

Showroom Design Meeting

To move forward, you’ll meet with your dedicated designer at the showroom. During this appointment, you will:

Final Design Presentation

You’ll return to the showroom for a follow-up appointment to review the completed design and discuss any remaining questions. If the final design aligns with your vision, we’ll start working on detailed pricing for your dream kitchen renovation.

Lenny Santosuosso, owner of Santosuosso & Sons Construction was the contractor who installed our kitchen cabinets and managed our remodeling project. We were looking into removing our bath tub/shower and have just a shower installed. After much shopping around we came across a Swanstone shower we loved. We were told that Santosuosso and Sons Construction would be ideal for installing. So a few days after the initial phone call, I met Lenny. Right from the start I had a good feeling that this was the right person for the job. He told us what needed to be done, the order things would be done and how long it should take. Our first experience with Santosuosso & Sons was as the primary contractor for a one-story, 16' x 16' addition to our home.
